The room is very dirty there is dust on the floor and on the bed the food doesn’t taste very good and the room service is very bad the bed is dirty and itches the skin I don’t recommend you to go there unless they fix these issues

Very unassuming place! Easy to find, affordable, and close to the Main Street. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast spread is amazing (although it doesn’t change) Rooms are quite big for the price you pay. Only issue was that my shower head was exploding because the electrical tape was not holding the leak. Water pressure is amazing though, and the hot water is haaaaaaaawt ooh la la! Don’t mind the messy room picture, doesn’t do the place justice. Great stay nonetheless! Enjoyed my stay!

Staff are very nice and helpful. We were upgraded for a better room after we mention to the front desk about water leak and other few issues with the room. Great location if you want to experience Istanbul from a local view. Thank you

Room was not non-smoking despite us having a baby. The crib we requested was dirty and ripped apart. Not dusted or cleaned properly. When we requested to change the smoking room, we were told the room was supposed to be “non-smoking” but that the guests before us seemed to have broken the rule and that they would get back to us. Never did. The AC does not function properly. There is either too much humidity in the room making the sheets wet or the room is too cold - either way not suitable for a baby. Staff seemed surprised that we were leaving despite these problems. The value isn’t even that great. We checked out after Day 1 despite paying for two nights up front.
