Amazing hotel. Our room had a huge private terrace and the views were unbelievable. I heard clanging one morning we were there and was delighted to see cows parading through the street right below us! The bus stop is literally right across the street so super convenient. Ideal location as it is super walkable to shops and restaurants but not quite in the noisier heart of it all. The staff was kind and attentive and it was a huge bonus to have laundry available in the basement. The toiletries provided in the room smelled amazing. The restaurant was top notch, we dined there our first night. To end our stay, we got a lovely Swiss chocolate bar as we checked out :) My only (very minor) recommendations would be to include a hook or two in the bathroom, provide larger bath towels, and include fluffier pillows or just an extra for each guest (ours were nice quality but quite a flat style and there were only one per person - a second pillow would help with the flatness issue). But overall, a marvelous and magical place. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

We got an amazing room with a balcony and view to the mountains 🏔️ The room was cozy and super nice l, but my boyfriend is very tall and some of the ceiling is low so be aware of that. The breakfast was tasty, fresh and simple which we loved 🥰 The staff all were super friendly and welcoming. Definitely the best hotel around! Parking is also free 🚙 We also ate dinner at the hotel and it was super fancy with extremely delicious dishes👍 prices are high but worth the experience!!

This is a beautiful hotel on a perfect location overlooking the mountains and very peaceful and quiet and away from all the crowd. Our room was an oasis and we got the top floor with an awesome view. Breakfast was great and their staff were super friendly and helpful in giving tips and recommendations. The bus stops in front of the hotel and its a 5 minutes walk to the First and close to restaurants.

This hotel is the perfect place for a romantic get away! We (couple) spent the weekend here and adored every minute of it - from the friendly welcome at the beginning over the amazing food & its perfect service to the beautiful room with its cozy and huge bed (felt like sleeping in a cloud 😌) The biggest highlight was definitely the 4 course dinner we enjoyed - including delicious wine. We’ll definitely come back!

First I will start by saying I think I'm picky. When I was in college I cleaned 5 Star, 5 diamond hotels--so I was trained to be picky. That being said, this is the best hotel we have ever been to. Ever. And we have been to many different countries and many different places! It was also extremely affordable compared to any of the other places we have stayed, and this trip specifically we have been in Europe for 16 days traveling across it. It was clean. You were in the alpine village with a beautiful view, yet a modern touch to this hotel. The shampoo, body wash, lotion smells soo good. We ordered some online for purchase as we didn't have enough room to buy there and bring back with us 😅 We got the sunset panorama room and it was AMAZING! The room is spacious and so is the bathroom!! Ahh! The bathroom. So amazing. Water pressure: check. Water temp: check. Luxury feel: check. Check check! Now, to everyone running this hotel: amazing!!! So nice, and thoroughly helps us with our questions. We wanted to go snowboarding and Ida (I think! I'm so sorry, bad with names!) She was so sweet and went above and beyond to help us figure out where the lifts are. The owners seemed extremely sweet, genuine, and accommodating as well! We didn't book dinner because we were short on time and wanted to roam the village, but I wish we did. They take pride in their food and you can tell, just from breakfast! Can I just go back to the room with a view!!! This is the best hotel I have ever been to. No kidding. The view, the clean, modern room. Two balconies with the room. Heaven. We will be back. It is our priority 😅 Also, they have laundry on site which is super helpful. And, even a spa that I regrettably didn't have time to take advantage of, BUT we will be back. For a longer trip in Switzerland. Specifically here :) Truly, this place is like a piece of heaven.
