Everything about this lodge was perfect! I believe that staying in a good lodge plays an important part of your vacation. Uri and Margarita were the best hosts. They really played an important part in ensuring that all their guests are properly cared for. I highly recommend getting the breakfast package, as it was convenient for us everyday before a big day full of adventure! This lodge is absolutely stunning. No matter which room you stay in, you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the village. Thank you again for helping make our Swiss trip the best trip we have ever been to!

Smooth check in, big space, nice balcony, usable equipped kitchen, staff polite and available whenever needed. The mattress was not very comfortable and very springy, difficult to stay asleep when you are changing sides. The shower head in the bathroom could be better.

We do not recommend to anyone!!! we stayed here these days together with my family and my husband in 2 rooms, one standard and one superior. after this stay we can say that we do not recommend anyone to come here 😤. in my and my husband's upper room I found the trash that was not taken, I did not find towels in our bathroom. There was very cold , no warm in my parents' room, I go down to the reception to report the problem and was told that there is no heat because that is a standard room 😳😳😳 not a superior one. He told me that it is a standard room and that is why there is no warm. After insistence, my room was changed but the same with cold one...🥶 As a grade from 1 to 5. friendliness 1, cleanliness 3, staff 1.
