booked last minute, the hotel was very well decorated (i love it), clean and cozy atmosphere. Smooth check in. Staff was good. Bed was alright (small but decent), Bathroom was clean. overall i’m happy with everything. Also i left my luggage the next morning in the reception.

I was in a single room, it was pretty small, which is fine, but it wasn't very comfortable. The bed was essentially a fold out bed and the mattress was incredibly old and needed replacing. The air conditioning in the room both did and didn't work. For the first couple of days it seemed to work for a few hours, although it was blowing relatively warm air. When I raised this with the hotel I was told it was turned off for the winter and to open the window. The room was incredibly warm, and the cleaners would always close the window after they finished with the room, meaning i'd come back to a room at about 25 degrees. I tried keeping the windows open at night but the sound from outside was loud. The walls were also quite thin and I was disturbed most nights by the sound of the elevator clanking and other guests being noisy in their room

Great hotel, good value central location 2 mins away from Milan central station. Breakfast was decent and the rooms were well attended to. Check in open 24 hours great staff members.

The advantages are that the hotel is relatively cheap and close to the main train station. On the other hand, the furnishing was old, it was very noisy outside, although the window was closed, plus the bathroom was really, really small. The gentleman at the reception was very rude during the check-in process. Overall, I would definitely not stay in this hotel if visiting Milan again.
