I have nothing to complain about this hotel. My family and I (2 adults, 2 kids) traveled to Nagoya in end of Nov 2023 and stayed here for 4 nights. The location is convenient for travelers, very close to the subway station and shopping area. The room is clean and actually larger than I expected. The receptionist and service are kind and nice. It's no problem to communicate in English. Also, the price is very reasonable based on all these. The place will still be our first choice when we visit Nagoya again in the future.

great location with good breakfast. However, even we booked and remarked that we have a 13 yo children to stay with us, they can only offer 4 very thin pillows. They rejected us for requesting extra pillows.

Overall: Amazing business hotel with cheap prices. Location is perfect. ✅ Rooms: The rooms are quite large for one person and the beds are very comfy. Even if you have a big suitcase, you can still lay it out on the floor. The single rooms and double rooms are situated on high floors (11-14th) so that you have a nice view on the streets of Sakae from your room. It was very clean and modern. No dust, no bedbugs, everything was perfect. The bathroom is also great. The bathtub is very large for japanese standards. There is also a rain shower and a normal shower head, which you can use. Location: The hotel is situated in the business district of Nagoya with a park directly in front of it. The park is a place for events or small street food festivals, where you can socialize with locals. There is also a 7/11 and a Lawson 2-5 mins away. The next station is also just 5 mins by foot. Service: The hotel service was really amazing. The staff speaks limited english but is still very ready to help. They can also help with sending your luggage to other hotels (see takkyubin).

The inclusion of an LG Styler in our hotel room was a distinctive and unexpected feature, adding a modern touch to the stay. However, it's worth noting that the overall experience aligns with the typical city hotel vibe—minimal amenities and compact room size. While the room may be on the smaller side, the central location make Hotel Forza Nagoya Sakae a practical choice for those prioritising accessibility to shopping and sightseeing in Nagoya.
