Located right next to and above Nagoya station with very easy access to JR lines, bus terminals, other train lines and the subway. Also surrounded by heaps of shops and restaurants. Service was excellent throughout and rooms are fairly large by Japanese standards. Interior is a little bit dated but everything is clean and works. Room also had a nice view of the city.

Great location. However old rooms, hallways have smell. During our stay, unfortunately the room is very hot. The aircon is broken. But front desk kind enough to lend us electric fan.

Directly above the Nagoya subway underground, very convenient access to Nagoya city subways, JR trains including the Shinkansen. Great view of the city from the room I stayed in. Furniture and drapes a bit old, but the room and all facilities were well cleaned. Wifi worked great with no issues at all. Single room is small, but has a desk for working on a laptop. Staff were helpful. Recommend to stay there if you need to access anywhere in Nagoya because of ease of commuting.

We only stayed here for one night, wish it was longer. We got the bigger room 30 sqm, and it was worth it. It's connected to the Meitetsu Mall, so after shopping, you can go straight to your room and relax. No worries about taking the taxi or subway. The only problem was locating the parking. Before going, locate the Meitetsu Sky Parking and go straight to the 6th floor parking. If you go to the higher parking floors, you have to go inside the mall and ride a connecting elevator to the Grand Hotel. So after parking on the 6th floor, there's an entrance for the hotel, go in and locate the elevator inside the building, going up to the 11th floor Grand hotel reception area. The breakfast restaurant is located on the 18th floor with the view of the city. Service is great, we have a lot of baggage and we parked in the 7th floor parking with our rental car, but the reception lady went with us and guided us upon checking out. This hotel is worth going back to, now we know where to park.
