The room was big enough for two. With the bathroom inside the room and air conditioning. It is an old room, but the size and the location were the best. Only 8 minutes from Termini station. Very well connected with metro and train.

I wrote to the hotel, I called, but I never got an answer. The only hotel that doesn't have a reception in operation overnight, our flight, flew on the night we already had paid for, we came to the hotel at 2 am and no one was there. I recommend the compenzation, the hotel, which is under the Hotel Gabriella. Better price, better room and reception open at night. The next morning, when asked whether a refund or some compensation was possible, it was answered that no way... Receprionisr in hotel Gabriella was rude and unwilling. I recommend the hotel right below them.

Incredible location, 5mins walk from Roma Termini and 20mins walk to various landmarks. Room was clean upon arrival but the drains regularly clogged or drained extremely slowly. We asked for our room to not be cleaned during our stay. But after the second day, we came back to our room with items moved around, the bed made, but dirty towels left as they were, the dirty shower mat folded up, and some of our food items missing. Luckily, we didn't leave any valuables in the room. The AC doesn't work and the window doesn't seal. You pay for what you get
