Stayed at this hotel, and it was a disaster. The rooms were old and filthy, with a terrible smell. The elevator was ancient and broken, and there was no water after opening the toilet water!! No warm water at all too. The bed was dirty and uncomfortable. Sheets had stains all over them! Totally unacceptable!

Don't be fooled by the photos of the Hotel. The reality is old, dirty rooms with a horrible odor. The elevator didn't work, and there was no water supply. The bedding was unclean and stained. A complete scam. I would give even a star !! Horrible !!!

Totally beat our expectations. After reading some of the reviews I didn’t really know what to expect. The staff was great the building is old, but it is Rome. My family and I had a great stay. The location is great 5 minute walk to the train station. If you are expecting a five star hotel this is not it. This is a super affordable, safe. hotel with super nice staff. They directed us to a fabulous spot to eat dinner and were helpful and kind during our stay. We had a safe comfortable stay in a perfect location

Very close to Roma Termini station. Basic hotel but has everything you need for a short stay. The elevator is a little old in the building and gets stuck sometimes and takes time to come over to your floor, but the staff is very nice and helps out in all such cases. They give out free tourist maps of Rome and explain everything. Only feedback would be to make the check in time a little earlier. 3 pm is very late, make it at least 2 pm and everything else is perfect.

The toilet did not flush, the hotel promised to fix it 5 times during 2 days. They did nothing however and the toilet is still not working after 2 days. They told us there are no other rooms available, but we can see on agoda that there are other rooms available. They are dishonest and very rude when talking to them. The rooms also look nothing like on the pictures, they are dirty and much of the equipment is broken. There is also a weird smell in the room. On top of that the airconditioner is at times loud as a truck passing by, we woke up many times per night by this. They got a thin bedsheet as a blanket and no actual blanket. edit: The reply of the owner is not based on the truth at all. We complained several times to the reception, they didn't even take a look at it until agoda called them several times. They were only telling us that the toilet is not broken and there is no problem. Also they fixed it today and not yesterday. You can see many more negative reviews on here in which the owner denies everything in the same way
