Lovely historic inn, located in the heart of the medieval section. Nice clean (small) rooms, super nice staff, and great breakfast. Plus free coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day. Just a 15 minute walk or bus ride to the train station. Note: no lift and the wifi is weak in the rooms, but fine in the lobby. Otherwise perfect!

This hotel is located on a 1600 year building. The location is perfect since when you just step outside you are already in the midst of the historical places. The service is great, very kind and attentive. They have free tea and coffee that you can have in your room or in the cute garden in the back of the building. The 4 stars stand with the bed that could be better and the room that was too small. So it’s perfect for 1 or 2 nights. The hotel has a great value based on what it delivers and we would be here again.

Terrible. Not compatible with the score/ratings and the pics of the rooms published do not correspond to reality. Rooms: dirty (I found a spider behind my bedroom!!!), smell musty, with decadent decor and very very small. The bathroom had a good size and was apparently remodeled (I would love to sleep there!). My nephew had an allergy attack on the first night and we asked the hotel to cancel the second night and give our money back for the second night and they refused saying that we could leave the hotel and that they would not return the money prepaid. We made a reservation in another hotel (NH Brugge) and went to sleep the second night there. The next day we went back just to get our luggage and checked out. It is not worth the stars it has, much less the scores/ratings. If it was possible to give ZERO stars here so would be. Not recommended!!!
