Pros: welcome and nice workers, small hotel so more secure with few workers cleaning the room, a good view, close to termini, tv/netflix Cons: Bad internet connection, strong smell from the bathroom, small mini bar, bad isolation

People who work there are extremely nice. We had to check out at 11, but we had a flight in the evening so they let us leave our suitcase there for a few hours so we can go to lunch. Would recommend.

Great location and great service and very friendly staff that helped all the time when we needed help. Not the perfect rooms but it’s great value for money. The location is in the center near the main railway station Rome Termini . I highly recommend to stay there .

The hotel is decently located and the service was fine. However, the room was extremely small with a very bad smelling toilet water. There is no fridge. The entire place needs updating. The shower and bathroom are so small that even small people can't fit in it properly without touching all four walls. The bed was very rigid with a mattress that badly needed replacing. I would avoid it if possible.

My friend and I checked in at Hotel Pullman for 3 nights. Even if the check in time was at 2:00 p.m., they kindly let us check in before that. The people handling the hotel operations are very nice and accommodating. The room is clean and they replenish the toiletries every day. The breakfast included in our stay is quite good. The place is just a 15 minute walk from the Roma Termini Station and a 10 minute walk from another Metro station. They even gave us a souvenir before we checked out. I would definitely recommend this place!
