The room I booked offered a view to the imperial palace, got just a faint view of the river. Very tiny room with stiff bed and pillows. It is located on a decent area in terms of connectivity but not the best if you are looking to move around in public transportation. The staff refused to help me make any reservations for any restaurants outside the hotel. The one thing that they were kind enough to do was to hold our luggage for a few days when we traveled to Kyoto. Would recommend as a last resort if you need somewhere that will store your luggage.

Loved the location in a quieter place of the city. Great view of the city from our room on the 16th floor. Very clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast and super helpful staff. 3 minutes to the Hanzomon station, and roughly 30 minutes to the trains at Tokyo Station.

Booked a room that Shoudlve included 3 futons and a view of the gardens. Neither ended up being true. Was charged extra for each futon requested and only got a sliver view of the garden. Staff was not helpful at all either. Only positive is the breakfast. Would not recommend.
