the room that I had was very clean and everything was new in it. The only issue I had was with the shower as it does not have a border and the water goes everywhere in the bathroom floor. It was on the last floor so the view was nice! although as they do not have an elevator if you forget something in the room and you are already down you will regret it 😂 the location was great! 1 minute from the Rialto station, the only downside is that the entrance is on a very narrow and dark alley that can feel not so safe at night. The breakfast was decent, not so many options but it was fine. All in all great experience! I do recommend the hotel 🤩

We booked this hotel last minute and the process was fairly easy. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a better room but were left to carry one of our suitcases up five flights of stairs by ourselves. We also had to switch our own electricity on in the room by the mains and did not have any bathroom towels provided. That being said, the following day the staff member at reception, I believe his name was Michele, was so accommodating, polite and helpful. He called our new hotel and provided us with directions on how to get there. This really meant a lot. Thank you to Michele!

Do NOT stay here. We had a terrible experience, which was made worse when the staff charged another €81 at checkout. Breakfast was supposed to be included according to everything my travel agent sent me. According to them, it was not. They also asked, repeatedly, that we pay a daily city tax - in CASH. Our room was on the fifth floor, 84 steps up, no elevator. At the end of a long day exploring Venice— those steps were torture. We did ask for a room lower down but we were told it was “impossible”. They had no air conditioning because, since it was October and the temperature outside was low, mid sixties, they didn’t feel it was needed and had already turned the system off for the winter. However- on the fifth floor, since heat rises, our room was always very warm and stuffy. We could open the windows (to no view whatsoever) but that allowed all the street noise and multiple mosquitoes to enter the room. The breakfast was mainly bread, pastries- very little protein, (yoghurt and boiled eggs) and on our last day, even less so. They charged €21 a day for this. (Grab food at one of the many shops along the streets. It’s better quality and much cheaper.) Also- the wi-if connection was terrible. Dropped signal constantly and the staff was unable to do anything about it. Again- with so many choices in Venice- I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Possibly the worst hotel I've ever been, and I normally travel on a budget and in hostels, and this was definitely the worst stay ever. I was there for work, I felt really uncomfortable. Dirty, old and small rooms (stained carpet and curtains, holes in the wall) terrible breakfast, awful service ( for example I had 5 floors to do by stairs and at the reception they didn't even check if I needed help). Also extremely overpriced for what they offer. Not recommended at all.

I was initially a bit skeptical given the 3.5 star rating, but after staying here this past weekend, I can say that I wholeheartedly believe this place is far better than it’s given rating. The staff here are very nice and provided us a free upgrade upon arrival. Try to ask because if you book through Expedia, they said they can cancel that reservation and then when you book directly through them then and there, they could give you a better room for the same price. Great location, literally a couple minute walk from the Rialto bridge bus stop. Hard to find initially, but just use google maps and you’ll be fine, it’s just in a side alley. Location is prime!!! Don’t take it for granted as there are a lot more fancier hotels that are way more inaccessible, either having to walk into the city a lot while carrying all your luggage, or get there via an expensive water taxi. Also only about a 10 minute walk to the city centre, Doge’s palace area. Super convenient overall. Room was decent. No complaints. If you’re going to be out and about anyway then it’s surely enough. Room had both an AC and Fridge. No lift unfortunately, but luckily I only had to carry our stuff up to the second floor haha.
