I'm writing this review as I’m checking into the hotel. Traveling with my elderly parents, we encountered an issue with a smoke smell in our room, posing a challenge due to my severe allergy and my mom's heart condition. The staff assisted us by providing an alternative suite right away. I’m so grateful for an exceptional understanding and cooperation from the management.

If I could give it 6 stars for location I would have. it is in the center of everything. The service is very good. The breakfast has a good variety. certainly what you pay is not cheap, but you get a good value for what you pay, more if you are traveling with someone with limited movement capabilities, you always have the option to return to the hotel for a quick rest.

Have no real issues with this establishment. Super glad the AC worked astonishingly well. Especially in the hot summer days of Venice. Rooms do look a little old and dated. Cigarette smoke was radiating from all the wall papers in the hall ways. The place was right near the main square which was a nice convenience. Complimentary breakfast was not the greatest. But I was able to obtain a great night's rest in the nice cool 20°C room.
