Had an amazing stay here. The facilities (all included with the price of the room) were exceptional. We used the gym, yoga studio, sauna and pool for hours and had a great time. Included breakfast buffet was also good. Room was comfortable and the included robes were a nice touch. Shower head was particularly noteworthy although cubicle was a little small. We also paid an additional fee for a massage which was enjoyable. Would definately recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, and while it served its purpose as a basic accommodation, there were several issues that left me dissatisfied. Pros: The hotel's location is convenient if you need to be close to the airport. The staff members were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Cons: The most significant drawback was the cleanliness of the room and facilities. The toilet was exceptionally small, smelly, and not properly cleaned, with hair on the floor. Additionally, the room had several faults, including a malfunctioning lamp and table. The hotel offers a gym and spa, which are nice amenities, but they don't compensate for the lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the rooms. Another inconvenience was the absence of a 24-hour reception. If you require assistance, such as booking a taxi for an early flight, you must do so before 10 pm on the day before. While they claim the taxi will arrive within 2 minutes, this limitation can be inconvenient for travelers with unpredictable schedules. In summary, the hotel's proximity to the airport and the friendly staff were the only redeeming qualities of my stay. However, due to the cleanliness issues, lack of proper maintenance, and limited reception hours, I do not plan to stay here again in the future.

I give 5 stars, because for a 3 star hotel is very good. Its a bit old, but clean and the room is big enough. There is a sauna. The breakfast is very good and also the gym. The negative parts of this hotel are, that The curtains are not “black out”, so there is no total darkness in the room and there is no air conditioner. But in Finland it’s really rare event to see one. There is a beautiful forest nearby.

This hotel deserves a 5 star rating! We arrived at the Hotel Haaga after having spent time in Iceland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden, so we had a yardstick to measure this property by. Virpi Vidal, the Guest Relations Manager, was an excellent resource for our group of 12 (6 rooms). She arranged our airport, ferry terminal and train station transfers. It was so nice to arrive at the Helsinki airport and have a big van waiting to take us to the hotel. Our rooms were all ready, and we simply had to drop our luggage to start our Helsinki sightseeing. The bus stop is right across the street and down some steps through a tunnel. We used public transportation to go all over Helsinki for our sightseeing. We were barely in our rooms. The breakfast buffet was plentiful! This hotel was by far the favorite due to Virpi and staff.
