We had a great time at Hotel Hemizeus. The rooms are comfortable and clean, both breakfast and dinner are delicious and everybody is very kind and helpful. You can ski directly to the ski lift, and on the way back it's just a 10 minute walk. The Spa with whirlpool and sauna is exactly what you need after a whole day of skiing.

Loved our daily view of the Matterhorn. So beautiful! The apartment we shared with our friends had everything we needed and was pleasant. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind!! Our bed and linens were comfortable. The kitchen well supplied with dishes, glassware, and utensils. The patio by the restaurant has stunning views. And the breakfast was amazing! We also our enjoyed dinner. All of the servers were so kind and helpful!! Would definitely stay here again! Just a short walk from the hotel is the Gorner Gorge which is a must see!

Perfect location, super clean and comfortable. Slopes are just a few steps away. Delicious food, perfect service and very nice overall experience. I would go back!!!!

Wonderful hotel. Outstanding breakfast. Nice room & bed - plenty of space for a double. Very nice Spa facilities. Ski from hotel to Glacier Paradise lift station. Ski back in the evening via an easy snow covered road. Transfers to and from the railway station. However, what really is outstanding and warrants six stars is their customer service. Back in 2016 I had booked a two night stay. Unfortunately a family bereavement meant I had to cancel. Can you imagine a hotel holding this as a credit for nearly five years? Well this hotel did. I totally did not expect this and delighted hardly describes it. What a lovely place and staff. Thank you very much.
