We were a party of 6 women on a bucket list vacation. The 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment was fantastic. It is very large by European standards (I was pleasantly surprised how spacious it was) had a fantastic view off our balcony of the Matterhorn, has a great location making walking to the bus stop for skiing and walkability of the entire town so easy. They also offer shuttle service to/from the train station. We ate breakfast there twice (able to pay for the mornings that we only wanted to versus using our apartment kitchen). The food was good with a nice variety. The staff was very nice and helpful. Sent extra pillows upon request. Answered all of our questions to satisfaction. My only critique would be of the towels. They are thin/small. They could use an upgrade. I would absolutely stay here again myself and recommend to anyone.

A lovely place to stay. Great breakfast & dinner, quality service, as well as immensely kind staff. An easy walk to the Glacier Express and all of the places you may want to go around Zermatt. 10/10 recommend!

We booked a family room, it was super clean and adorable. We had a twin bed and a double bed and a large bathroom. Our cute balcony had a view of the Matterhorn. We ate at the restaurant both nights. One of the meals was in the Fondue Chalet. Great staff and location. Highly recommend.
