The staff was nice and helpful. They have English-speaking staff but not fluent enough. It took some time to get the message across when I talked to the staff in English. The room was good for one person. It was tidy and comfortable to have a good stay. However, the location wasn't that great if you want to relax and have some quiet time. There are some small restaurants in front of the hotel and they close late. Didn't try them but if you feel like eating late at night, you can grab some food there.

Hotel breakfast was 🔥🔥🔥 must try!! Bed & facilities were also very clean and comfortable Sadly they have a 10am check out as do many Japanese hotels, slightly further out from the stations (was a little hard pulling a large luggage there).

We booked the hotel during holiday, and the price was relatively expensive. While it is understandable but I am disappointed by what we got and what we paid for. The location is far from station and surrounded by some greyish businesses. The hotel did not even provide free bottles of water.
