Great hotel close to main strip and church. Helpful staff 24/7. Very good self service breakfast including hot food. Clean rooms with good shower. Lovely lounge area with Teas, coffee and water. Staff were happy to make us up a breakfast to take with us on an early excursion.

Just stunning. Lovely little lodge feeling hotel right in the middle of everything. Outstanding service, super quiet rooms and very warm. All amenities provided, great showers and good views. Great for a romantic break.

The breakfast was really good. The pastries were outstanding in taste and so fresh! I do wish they served latte's rather than just black coffee! We would have liked more food options that were known to Iceland or related countries that we could have tried. The bed was so comfy and room was really nice. We wished that the toilet was positioned away from the wall a little as there isn't much space from you and the wall (aware that might need to upgrade rooms for that so not a big issue). The staff were very friendly. The gift at Christmas outside our door made us feel cared for. Ultimately, we really enjoyed our stay and will look to return in the future. We didn't check out the bar but that's a good reason to come back! Check in and out was easy.

It's a classic and classy hotel. The staff day/night whatever time was very accommodating, I dealt with 4 different members,all of them very helpful. The art deco is great, get a room with a balcony if you can because the view is great. The location is great, it's on a quiet street with ample parking if you're renting a car, if not, it's a 5-7min walk from the BSI bus stop and pretty much 5-7 min from the main "market" street of Reykjavic.

Loved our stay at Hotel Holt! We were only in Reykjavik for one night when we first arrived and Hotel Holt was the perfect hotel to rest. Parking was super easy across the street. The location is very centrally located. We easily walked to dinner and on the way we stopped and saw the famous church. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. We loved it so much we booked another night at the end of our trip. Thanks Hotel Holt!
