Incredible hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is on point, it is near the train station of Bologna (quick access to other cities if u need to catch a train). The rooms were perfect. Cozy and clean! If you need something you just ask for help to the staff. Another thing, the decoration was very nice! We will definitely come back! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

The staff was great, the location is good if you like quick access to the train station, but it's about 25 minutes by foot to the city center. We had a few issues with the room, where the shower would fill with water and the shower head didn't work very well. Also, the wifi kept disconnecting from devices causing us to accidentally use all of our precious data lol. The rooms are also small compared to other hotels at the same price point. The hotel itself is very cute though! Overall, decent stay.

Just had a stay in this hotel. Only thing I would say is the room is stayed in was small, however bathroom was an ok size and the shower was very good. I would state that the price was brilliant for what I got. Cleanliness. 5. Nothing was out of place. Staff. All friendly from the reception to the ladies at the breakfast buffet. A smile and a hello do go a long way and they were all very nice. Location is great. 5 minute walk from the train station, which has a direct shuttle to the airport. 20 minute walk to the centre and you pass through some lovely spots. Summary, room not big, but I'm in Bologna to go looking. I would recommend city breakers to stay here.

The room was clean and we had a small balcony. The neighborhood was ok but it seemed safe. The parking lot was tight and down the street. The service was good, young guy at front desk didn't know how to open a bottle of wine but they handled an issue with lights in our room quickly. The location might be too far for some to walk to downtown Bologna but it was fine for us. Price was reasonable. Breakfast was sizable with cappuccino and expresso options.

The beds were very narrow and difficult to sleep in. You couldn't roll or spread out. Very little sleep in beautiful Bologna. The mattress was very hard. In addition....even though the room was very small the air conditioning was ineffective. The room was always above 25 degrees. The duvet felt heavy and very warm to me.(had to come off). The filter coffee at breakfast was good.
