This hotel is literally 5 min walking from Glasgow Central station. Plenty of local buses as there are two bus stops nearby the hotel, including bus 500 (Glasgow Airport Express). The whole staff is amazing, helpful, genuinely friendly and willing to help. They offered me an early check in and stayed over at the restaurant area working a bit after the check out. My booking includes breakfast and it was good. A nice set of options to order (English breakfast plus several other types of eggs) plus continental breakfast. I had a room on the 5th floor. And it was good: spacious and well equipped. However it was a bit dated, specifically the bathroom. The most annoying thing is that the floor creaks significantly and sometimes it can be super creepy as you can hear people walking in the adjacent rooms. Overall, good value for money plus great service in a hotel placed near Glasgow central and good transport communications.

Stayed here for a Christmas night with my friends and it was wonderful! We requested rooms near each other and we were given adjoining rooms which was even better and we were able to check in a few hours early too. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, I wish I could remember their names but everyone we Interacted with (reception, bar etc) was so welcoming. We had booked the bar out for our Christmas function (pretty last minute too) and we had a whole massive section to ourselves & they let us play our own music too, it was truly amazing. We hope to book this hotel again for our next Christmas get together. Thankyou for making our weekend so brilliant!

Very nice, helpful staff. Good variety of food for breakfast. Rooms decorated not really in my style(a bit weird, green glow), but overall fine. There is something weird about the building. You can hear people upstairs walking. It would be great to have some vegetables served for breakfast. Coffee could be a bit better. Overall good experience tough!!

Dropped a star because there's no mention on the website that the hotel is inside the Glasgow Low Emissions Zone (LEZ). This meant we incurred a £60 fine parking next door in the Q-Park. Would have been nice to know in advance. Less than a five minute walk to the station, and about ten to the main square - really handy. If you park in the Q-Park on Waterloo Street you save money, and it cost us £35 for two days instead of just over £50. Rooms are lovely, with huge beds, a mini fridge, and hot showers. The decor is quirky too. There were multiple times that we passed reception when there was no staff present, which feels weird to me. Not a good look seeing people wait around. However, the staff themselves are lovely and helpful. We didn't eat in the restaurant for breakfast or dinner, but I will say that the menu looked really uninspiring when you have the whole of Glasgow on the doorstep for great food. Finally, I didn't spot a wheelchair-accessible entrance. There are steps up to the main revolving door (which wouldn't fit a wheelchair in anyway) but assuming that there is one somewhere. We will definitely be back, this place is great.
