Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Make sure to take advantage of the pool and sauna downstairs, the rooftop, and the beautiful inner courtyard. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and found the location easily accessible to all the sites and within reach of shopping and tons of restaurants. Highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed at the Indigo for 5 nights in September, 2023. We were totally pleased with the rooms, the service, and the breakfast. Their breakfast was the best we had in Italy. This is a truly fine hotel. I hope to stay there every time I go back to Italy. For me, there is no reason to consider any other hotel. Highly recommended!

We loved our time at this hotel. Great staff,service and accommodations with a great courtyard for breakfast and rooftop restaurant for dinner or later in the evening. Located in a great part of Rome within walking distance of St. Peters and the Vatican.

TAKE PHOTOS OF MINIBAR AND THE SNACKS AT THE CHECK-IN OR THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU. I really liked the hotel and the SPA, however be aware of scammy charges that left a very bad final impression for me. At the checkout staff claimed we drank and ate from the minibar which was not true. I would have had no problem paying if I ate or drank anything. When I asked what exactly we drank or ate the staff quickly backed down and removed every single charge. Even though the staff agreed to remove the following it still feels like a scam for tourists in case they do not pay enough attention at the checkout or are in a rush. I have never had this happen at any other hotel. I really hope this was an honest mistake and not a scam from such a respectable chain. - after the response to the manager: Valeria, once again we did not use the minibar, we were at the hotel for less than 17 hours and did not even open it. Your persistence and not acknowledging your error is disappointing .
