This hotel was amazing. My trip to Rome was made better because of how accommodating this hotel is. It's about 40 minutes from FCO airport but is located in the heart of Rome and within walking/transit distance from some of the major attractions but the street it is on is still quiet and calm. The check-in took less than 2 minutes and there was someone at the door at all times waiting to help you with your bags and hold the door open for you. The elevators move quick but are a bit small so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage, you'll have to make a couple trips. I don't understand some of the reviews that said this hotel looked outdated and old because my experience was anything but. The rooms were decorated beautifully and the washrooms were impeccable. One thing this hotel did that no other hotel I've ever stayed at has managed to do is clean your room no matter what time you leave. If you leave your room at 8am or 2pm, you will come back to a clean room. Even if you leave for an hour, you will come back to a clean room. I don't know how they do it! I left my room at 1:30pm and got back at 2:30pm fully expecting my room to be untouched but it was spotless when I got back. The room service here is also amazing, presentation is great and they are fast (20 minutes tops). The restaurant has good food if you're not looking to go out that night, but their room service is 24/7 with a set dinner menu, an overnight menu and a breakfast menu. I recommend their Tiramisu. I loved staying at this hotel, the rooms were spacious and beautiful, the service was great and the location can't be beat.

Stayed here for a weekend trip in Rome. This hotel is part of travel package we bought. Supposed to be a 5* hotel but definitely does not feel like one. Main lobby is small, but decorated well. Doorman is kind and always polite. The male hotel receptionist (called Manuel) received us with less-than-welcoming attitude in the evening of our arrival, and the day we left. Fortunately the lady receptionist was slightly better at doing her job, although was also not very warm. There is only one elevator which is very small and slow. Room is also small and very basic. Pillows were flat, bathroom has black stains in the corners. TV is not a smart TV and small. One armchair in the room which was not practical to sit on. Room has no kettle or coffee making facilities (although to be fair when we asked for a kettle and cups, we were supplied with). Location is convenient, only 10-20 minutes walk to main attractions of Rome. For a short stay you could probably put up with this but I would not recommend staying here for more than a night or two.

Convenient location within walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Rooms are a little dated but very spacious. Staff are exceptional and deserve 5+ stars. In particular Manuel on the front desk who was incredibly friendly, professional and went above and beyond to sort out a couple small issues. Great place to end our 3 week holiday.

This Hotel surpassed my every expectation. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The bathroom is large. I love that it is very “Italian” and not commercialized. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee is delicious. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Plenty of places to eat nearby. We would definitely recommend to others and we will stay here again the next time we are in beautiful Roma.
