This place was great. Location is perfect, just down from a main lift and anything you need. The spa was a nice way to relax after skiing. The service was great. Having breakfast included was really convenient. Good choice of food and quality as well. If I return to Zermatt I'll definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay. Rooms are modern and spacious, the spa is relaxing after a day of skiing and the staff are all helpful and friendly. Book a massage,the prices are reasonable and the service is fantastic.

We stayed in room 341 and had the most spectacular view of the Matterhorn. We opened the windows and slept like BABIES with the sound of the river running along-side the hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite with all our stupid questions. It's a very doable walk from the train station, and conveniently located for all activities and a walk into the Old Town. The breakfast was amazing...you will want for nothing....various styles of eggs cooked to perfection,an assortment of yogurts and muesli and all the accompaniments...pastries, juices, coffee drinks, etc. The pool and spa area are wonderful with a special pool for toddlers and a play room for children! Families would LOVE this place. We hiked on our last day and the hotel had our luggage divered to us at the station. Oh, also, I was surprised that the cost of a massage was very reasonable. Definitely do THAT after your active day!

Best place to Stay in Zermatt ! This Hotel is owned and operated by the Franzen-Bieri Family and they will always ensure that you get the best service and hospitality ! Michel is always, everyday, making these extra little things to make your experience memorable and amazing ! Everything is a 5 stars there; from the Food, Location, SPA, People to the quality of the Room ! This is definitely the place to stay whenever you go to Zermatt in Summer or Winter time :-) Thanks as always for this High Premium Quality of Service that you are providing !
