The staff were nice and helpful but the quality of the stay wasn't great. It was difficult to get a shower in the morning without hot water. My family and I both reserved separate rooms. In my room, the TV wasn't working, there wasn't a second blanket, and there were no slippers in my room. The room is without a chair. I couldn't sleep because the people staying in the room next to me were so loud. I could even hear their phone alarm going off at 6 am for a very long time. The hotel's location is excellent, but make sure you get a room with a street view because the back of the hotel constantly has a motor running, making it annoying at night.

The stay at this hotel was very poor quality, it was dirty (you can check under the bed), the shower cabin contained some mold , the towels were old and dirty and there was only one pillow that feels like you’re sleeping on a rock(picture below). The receptionnist and the people working there were very kind tho and trying to be helpful.
