PROS: decent size room, granted there was one single bed. I had space to do yoga at least, as they don’t have a gym (like most hotels). They bring you fresh towels daily. There’s a desk for if you want to do work. CONS: The room smelled like mold, which got worse the longer I stayed there.

Stay here. Stayed here for 8 nights in a mixture of business n pleasure. Location is very convenient. Basically a 5 minute walk to either Kanda, Shin-Nihonbashi or Ginza station. Room was very clean and hotel staff was attentive. Several spoke English. Ms. Morita was fluent in English and German and was a great resource to me regarding the area. (Thank you). The hotel has a public bath for guests, my wife visited every night and said it was very good. We had breakfast included option and they offered both a Japanese or American version, just let the front desk know the night before. The 2nd floor had a coin laundry. 500 yen, don’t need any detergent, the machine does it all including washing n drying(2 hrs total time). Will be a return guest in my next trip.

The rooms are pretty small for American standards but very decent size in Japan. The staff were so amazing. They were extremely sweet and accommodating. A couple of them spoke very good English as well which helped immensely a couple of times. Would definitely go back. While Kanda isn't exactly the most foreigner friendly district in Tokyo, the Kazusaya was wonderful.

I stayed here for 3 nights and need to shift to another type of room at the 2nd day cuz my partner leaved before me. The first night was nice and the staffs were helpful and they brought my luggage to the room in advanced. More than 2 staffs confirmed w me that I'll stay for another 2 days, and I need to check out at 10am tdy and check in again at 3pm and packed my luggage. Although this is upset but I could understand. So I left my luggage at the hotel and went out in the morning. When I'm back at pm, they did not brought my luggage to the room this time so I had to do by myself w lots of goods and bags after my shopping. I had 2 suitcases. And it's weird that they already brought the luggage of the western guests before me in their room. I asked them why theres difference but they could not explain, and I expected that they already knew I'll stay longer. Is this a discrimination because I'm not a western?? I'm not happy about this.
