Wonderful hotel stay with great service. Great views of Ginza through massive windows. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Conveniently located around buses and public transport but usually about a 10 minute walk to some of them. Convenience stores very close to the hotel and vending machines all over the place. The rooms were nice and clean. However we requested non smoking but when we checked in the room had a strong stench of cigarettes so we had to get air fresheners. Hotel staff was very professional and polite. One of the elevators broke down on our last day, but the repair staff was there quickly to fix it. Still some wait times due to the top location of the hotel waiting for the one elevator to become available at a top floor.

Rooms were a bit dated and smelled musty when we first walked in, but they are also really spacious and have great views of sumidagawa. The area is fairly quiet but still in a decent location. Good deal for the money.

Rooms are small but good for two people, hotel is clean Views from the room windows are mesmerizing. Cleanliness is everywhere, staff is amazing they helped us bring our luggage to our room. Hotel needs a little upgrade. Room starts from 32nd floor which gives amazing view of the sumida river Next to hotel there is a shopping mall which h decent amount of restaurants and a family mart store. Walkable distance to Tsukiji station

I visited Japan in February 2023 and I booked this hotel via Booking .com. I have had an amazing room at the 36th floor which had an amazing night view of tokyo and ablve the Sumida River ( look ath the photo's). The service was great and the breakfast was very good. You can chose between an European set (croissants, cakes, bacon?, eggs, etc). Or the Japasese set (Rice, miso soup, vetgetables, coocked salmon, oranges, dessert, squid?, etc, + watch the photo). The room was very spacious and it costed around 400 Euro ( so 100 euro a night). For 2 persons to stay at the 36th floor. In my opinion this was an amazing deal and I'll definitly be back Extra's to convince; The location of the hotel is not the best but it is located at some other interesting places. There is a fish market nearby with a lot of vending stalls and etc (Tsukuji Market). If you want to visit most of the touristic spots, then it's quite a good spot for your jotel to be at.

Stayed there twice in the same trip. First for the nights and at the end of our trip for five nights. I booked large high floor rooms. But all rooms are high floor as the hotel starts on 32nd floor. We stayed at 33nd and 34th. The rooms were spacious and both had an amazing view. But the hotel could benefit of an renovation. It's okay, but many "corners" are worn out. We missed drawers to place our luggage in, as we stayed for relatively many days. The location is in a very quiet part of Tokyo, but the closest metro is 7 min walk away. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
