The Le Germain was already my favourite hotel in Calgary and I have stayed there 5 or 6 times. After my experience last night, I will never stay anywhere else. The service whether it is the valet or the front desk has always been top notch. The rooms are tasteful and well appointed. Last night, Mark at the front desk assisted me in a compassionate and pragmatic way that shows me that Le Germain has empowered their employees to make good decisions. At 1:30am Mark assisted with getting a room for a tired young traveler that had been sent to two overbooked hotels due to failures from Westjet/Hyatt and Expedia/Best Western. This minor service and flexibility of finding a solution for assistance with remote check-in helped a 18 year old Ukrainian woman, whose boyfriend was just killed due to the war last month and was travelling over 48 hours from Moldova with little command of the English language. Mark your compassion at the early hours of the morning are greatly appreciated and allowed me to finally sleep, thank you.

Le Germain is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are gorgeous, and the rainfall shower head is incredibly amazing. The spa was wonderful too!

The Le Germain Calgary has the best value in the city. The rooms were classy, modern, large, comfortable, and accommodating. Shower pressure was great, beds were cozy, and ambiance was glorious. The fitness center was large and had wrap around views - I definitely hit it up every morning. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
