Really ideal location and very kind desk staff. Extremely responsive and helpful. There is a place to store your luggage if you need to. The water gets proper hot which is amazing. There is no Air Conditioning but there are fans. The pull our couch bed is what is expected from a pull out but the main bed is nice. The only issue we had was we got stuck in the elevator, but they were able to quickly get it back up and running and they said it never happened before. The terrace area is really nice. I would recommend staying here.

I am from Japan. It was very comfortable to stay here. Room was clean, Services were very polite and kind.（They allowed us to get in the room early in the morning. So thanks!!) And the access to main location of Barcelona is really nice. Thanks to their service, our trip became so good.

Great location, didn’t love the room issues we had or man at reception. It was hot most nights we stayed - and the AC didn’t work. We inquired at the front desk, which told us that the AC was off for the season, and there was only heat. Annoying, but tolerable with a balcony, and the nice woman at the front desk supplied us a fan. Issue #2: They had us relocate rooms mid-stay due to our shower ‘leaking into the next room’, so they “upgraded” us to a four-person room, which had 4 double beds instead of our prior queen bed. Again annoying, but tolerable. The room we moved to wasn’t the cleanest, and had a few pieces of broken glass on the floor which I picked up. After showering, this shower also leaked, except into our room, all over the floor. When we told the man at reception at the front desk and requested extra towels just in case, he begrudgingly put in a note for maintenance to come and fix it and for towels - no apology for the troubles (again). Maintenance came, but no extra towels, nor did they do any extra cleaning after we had to wipe up the water. The restaurant was closed during our stay, so no room service options unfortunately. I stayed awake too many nights due to it being hot and the beds only having a comforter, no flat sheet. Didn’t love the pillows either. Overall not a great experience.
