Room 601 cannot connect the wifi. And nothing to offer because all rooms are fully booked. 👎🏻

I will never stay there again. Lots of hair on the bed Blood stains remain on the sheets that can be changed, and there is an unpleasant odor. The sink also smelled like sewage and the flow was poor. There is also dirt on the cup, which can be removed by washing it yourself in the sink. It's okay if the service is bad, but the lack of cleanliness is a problem for the accommodation industry. 10,000 yen per person at this level There was no problem with LiveMax in other prefectures, but this is out of the question. It's good to hire foreigners as receptionists, but if it reduces the quality of service, I think it's better not to. Well, there are probably people who stay at this level, but I personally don't use this series twice.

Just average, but when i checked out at 10:40am they charged me an extra 1000 yen. I should have read the email better, but i really hate when companies charge like this. It turns me off and never want to use them again. Its not about the money, its about the customer service and appreciation for the customer. Japan check in places already have a cold and stiff feeling to them, then to add "give me more money" just does not feel welcoming or appreciative. It's Busnes Hotel, but when I checked out at 10:40am, I was charged an additional fee of 1000 yen. I wish I had read the email more carefully, but I really hate it when a company charges like this. It disgusts me and I don't want to use it again. It's not about the money, it's about customer service and customer appreciation. Check-in locations in Japan already give the impression of being cold and stiff, and adding "Please give me money" doesn't make you feel welcomed or appreciated.

I will never stay there again. I travel on business about once a month, Other Ueno and Otsuka LiveMax had no problems, but this one was the worst. -There are blood stains all over the futon and it smells unpleasant. -The sink and sewage flow was poor. ・The whole room is full of pride. ・The worst thing is that there is hair on the futon that is not hair. •Poor service, no smiles and unfriendly attitude It was close to the station, but as everyone said, it didn't feel clean at all. Despite the high price, I made a mistake in booking for 2 nights.
