Great location, great price. Terrible cleaning and maintenance. Lots of trash behind the bedside table. Used masks, tissues and other things. Very disgusting.

Was on a smoking floor. The area outside the rooms had no smoke smell. The room I had the windows shut, air conditioning off but fresh smoke was still coming into the room.

The bathroom was covered in black mold. Ceiling, walls, toilet, back if the hair dryer.

Pretty good hotel and they even have a massage chair! I barely used it though, so I personally thought it was somewhat in the way. The room was spacious and big for Japan. Really clean and they have a tub, so you can take a bath too. They were able to hold onto my luggage after check out without any charges, which I really appreciate. I only took a star off because I thought the breakfast was below mediocre. At least it's offered for free, but you only get between two choice (western style or japanese style) and they don't even taste that good unfortunately. Friendly staff though!

Stayed 1 night there and it was alright. It is a basic business hotel providing basic amneties. Breakfast is included but unfortunately not viking compared to other hotels I stayed. The room had a massage chair which didn't work properly but I'm not so concerned about it. Hotel is quite average and only recommend to stay if rooms were discounted. Otherwise other business hotels may provide a better experience if you wish for premium.
