Up until we reached the airport I thought all was fine with this hotel. Location great, rooms basic but enough for the few nights we were there. Had a few hours to kill so put our suitcases in their hold room, went out for a bit, came back and got them and headed to the airport. Imagine mine and my daughter’s surprise when putting out cases through security to discover not one but TWO heavy duty pen knives in her case. Only time left unattended was with the reception staff. Don’t ever leave your luggage with them.

I had to constantly extend my stay every day while my sister was in hospital in Barcelona. The hotel was nothing but accommodating of this and let me stay in the same room whenever possible, Augustin and Emilio in particular were very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed was so comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping lovers.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights solo. The location is great, in the city center and close to everything. I ordered a single room. The room was nice and modern, but you have to make sure to mention in the booking that you want the new rooms because apparently they also have old non-renovated rooms. The only thing I didn't like about my room is that it doesn't really have a window view. It's only like an internal window, but you can't even open it. But overall, the room was good. I just wished they had a window view at least. The breakfast was great and diverse. They tend to also add some new food every day. The receptionists were also really nice. However, the pool was a little bit disappointing because it was not a deep pool at all. Like, it's literally a kid's pool, so you can't actually swim. But overall I had a good and pleasant stay at the hotel.

A nice hotel. I got an inside room with a view onto a service shaft and could hear all the doors banging and showers running in the adjacent rooms. The room itself was ok though, the rooftop area was nice but had big signs up to stop you taking your own food and drink up there, I don't know if that was enforced though. The location is good with easy access to some of the major areas.

A great place to stay, its close to everything if you like to walk a little:) And you find all you need around the hotel. Like food, bars, cute dining and brunch / lunch spots. Its 1 min from shopping places too. The people who work are great and welcomming. The breakfast can get better. Its to much pork and fried food in the morning and not any good vegetables to choose from. The coffee machine is a struggle, couldn’t drink coffee at all, cause it kept giving warm water. Juice machine bad to, taste like sugar and not juice juice. But if breakfast is not importent for you, its a good place to stay. The room was so big and clean. Actually the whole hotel is clean and smell good. Would come back but without breakfast next time:)
