Good hotel with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is good, in the morning leaving 07:15 hour we were in 15 minutes on the highway to Dijon. Food is good. The underground parking garage has a wide entrance and also the spaces are big. So eventually in France parking where also SUV's can park easily.

Fantastic service! We were in need for a new hotel at 10 pm and called this hotel. They were super efficient with a perfect service. Studio had a very spacious room with a kitchen and a big bathroom as well. Breakfast was nice. All in all a really nice hotel.

The most annoying thing is when I see the reply from the property saying ‘we are really sorry, thank you for sharing your opinion, we will do evwrything for your future stay, blah, blah, blah…’ dear sir/madam, if you wanted to do anything about mu complaint, you would do that on the firts day of my stay when I did put a complaint. Now I don’t need anything you to do, after we left. The rooms don’t deserve 4 stars, the staff unkind (we sat im the lobby bar to have a drink and the waiter didn’t want to clean the messy and dirty table in front of us). At 14 degrees C, at the end of October, they do not turn the heating on. The pools and while spa very avarage and very expensive. The hotel was pure disappointment.

I seriously do not know how people are rating ths place so highly. The hotel is tired and dated. Air-conditioning in both rooms and public spaces is terrible. We spent the whole time sweating. Had to keep the windows open and deal with mosquitoes. The fact that they charge you 50€ to swim in their pool shows where their customer service values lay. Despite the bar being open to midnight, bar snacks or room service is not available late in the evening. Very un-French! Weird things with the room confound. A big gap at the bottom of the shower screen allows water to flow across the bathroom floor, meaning your towels are always soaked because you have to clean up the mess each time. Chipped enamel everywhere. No fridge, only doonas provided, despite the stifling heat. Would it kill them to provide a top sheet? The hotel lifts are completely dysfunctional. Not stopping on your floor, going the wrong direction, doors not closing, etc. Really small, with an interminable wait for them to arrive (we waited 10 minutes once). People were giving up and dragging their luggage down 5 flights of stairs. The breakfast is super ordinary. Chefs have no clue how to make scrambled eggs - lumpy and grey every morning. Soggy bacon, steamed hash browns, sloppy fruit, etc. Location-wise, it is not convenient for accessing the central zone. Metro is a fair walk and the bus is intermittent. It is hard to find any positives about this place. Cannot recommend.

We were there during the Rugby World Cup so it was slim pickings and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you had a choice. Overall the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment, it’s very retro, I don’t think it’s been touched since the 80s. In our room, the air conditioning did not work, when we did request for it to be fixed the repair men said it was an old building and he could have it fixed in 2or3 days (our stay was 3 night) so we didn’t bother. The spa facility are steep at 45euro per visit if it’s not included in your rate, the bedding and sheets weren’t big enough for the King sized bed and most frustrating of all the Wi-Fi didn’t work for our 3 night stay. Location wise it’s a 15min bus to the Centre and it only runs every 25mins or so. So all up, try and book somewhere else but if it’s the only place available at a reasonable price at least the staff are nice.
