Lovely family run hotel! The service was great - the staff attentive and responsive. Thank you!! The room AC was not very strong and the decor a bit dated but comfortable. The only other item is that we dropped off our luggage early prior to check out. The luggage was left in the reception area where the receptionist was, we appreciated that they accommodated this.

Lovely little spot. Myself and a friend stayed here for 4 nights, location wise it's very close to the train station which is nice. Rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. Jack on the reception desk is a lovely lad. Very friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind it's a family run hotel so the reception desk isn't manned after 1am. Which is reasonable I think. - Ian.

It was a nice stay, the staff is very kind and attentive and made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely be coming back here if ever in Pisa again. The downside is the toilet that's difficult to flush haha.
