Overall my stay was very good. The price, friendly service and large room were all excellent. The location is not the best, but decent enough given the small size of Pisa and everything was still walkable. My only areas I would suggest improving would be the towels and the mattresses. The towels seemed old and thin, and the mattresses seemed old and were sinking in the middle. Investing in some new towels and mattresses would've made my stay perfect. But also, given the good value price, I can't complain too much.

Convenient to move around in Pisa, the staff is very friendly and co-operative. The rooms very nice and clean. The breakfast was the same everyday but was good. Near the station and the airport, so a perfect place to be in if you are visiting Pisa.

7 min from the airport by taxi. ~€15 fare. Late check-in went smooth. Friendly and service minded staff. The room was perfectly fine, had A/C and the area is calm. Breakfast included. 1.2km from the tower.

A little charm goes a long way, of which these people have none! Reception staff were fine but there is zero allowance for flexibility or accommodating a work-related request. The room was fine, there is a serious mosquito infestation that they know about - they could either warn guests to bring very strong repellent or supply their own (the least they could do) And the miserable cleaning lady, oh my gosh.... Is this Italian warmth? UPDATE: Clearly, based on the response below, this place doesn't take feedback. I asked if there was a quiet place to teach online, they said the garden (on the day there was construction going on) so after breakfast hours I worked in the breakfast room which was suggested by the receptionist. I didn't only see the cleaning lady the day I checked out but also the first day there. I greeted her with a smile both times in the corridor and got a sullen reply. You asked for a review.
