Sweetest people! Were so kind always. Helped us with everything we needed. The room was super cleaned, also the lady who made the cleaning was super nice and sweet. We are so grateful they were so nice. I was a little bit concerned because the bad reviews but our experience was incredible and we are very glad!

I don't know where the 3 stars of this hotel was gone. We arrive at the hotel room,and the toilet was dirty,the toilet didn't flush and the door was broken.I decide to inform at the reception and the answer was that it was full,despite the receptionist told this was going to be fixed the next day but nothing happened. And worse of all was that the central heating was not working so they decide to replace it for a cheap small appliance which didn't to manage to heat the room so we were cold all our entire stay. Breakfast was decent,frozen pizza horrible and don't believe in the promise of 20%on the restaurant apparently 10 % in 1 ítem and 10% in other ítem equals 20% off. This people don't care about your stay or the service they provide but definitely not a 3 starts I think they don't deserve stars at all. They did come to clean the room everyday but the use they same sheets for the 3 days of our stay.

I’m utterly confused with all the negative reviews this place gets. I was a little apprehensive about this hotel reading the reviews, however, my partner and I were pleasantly surprised. For what you’re paying in Venice it’s a great hotel. Ignore the lies about bed bugs - there isn’t any. We stayed for 4 days too. Our room was clean, beds changed every day, fresh towels, floor hoovered. The rooms are on the small side but what do you expect? It’s an old, Italian style building. Fantastic location, breakfast by the canal and friendly staff. My only slight suggestions to take it to a 5 star review would be more selection at breakfast and the water in the shower was a little on the cooler side. Great hotel, please ignore all the negative reviews on here. If they’re looking for a 5 star hotel they need to pay for it. (Room 10)

There are bedbugs in the rooms. They’re in the carpet, drapes, and mattresses and despite attempts to fumigate, they continued to be there for multiple nights. We had to relocate last minute to a hostel. The concierge employees were in a difficult situation. They were very nice, worked really hard, and did their best to accommodate, it’s not their fault that the hotel has bugs. But don’t spend your money here— stay somewhere else.

Stayed here for one night. It is about a 25 walk from the port. It's hard to find. Spent another 10 minutes trying to find the front desk. It is around the corner from all the rooms. There's no security where the rooms are. Anyone can enter the hotel where the rooms are located. The front desk lady was nice. She showed us to our room. We were a group of 7 with 2 rooms. One room had a double with a day bed, the other a double and bunk beds. Very small rooms but for 1 night it was fine. The shower is so small it's hard to turn around. The water went down the drain so slowly that it flooded the whole bathroom floor while we were there. Very small bathroom. For one night it was fine but I wouldn't stay any longer here. Location for attractions was great.
