The room was quite spacious and had a canal view. I can say that the room was completely clean. They bring breakfast to your room at the time you choose. All the staff are friendly, and you can easily see that they want to help if you have any questions. The location is very central. We came from the airport by sea transpoer and reached our hotel within a 1-minute walking distance.

The hotel looks fine and its room was very clean. The staffs were helpful. The room we stayed in is smaller than the pictures on the webside of hotel and the breakfast is not perfect, but it is not a big deal. The rooms overlooking the sea are much better. So I give 5 stars in every aspect.

Absolutely stunning location, beautiful place to stay in Venice, big giant comfortable bed, perfect for St Marks Square and other sights to see, staff Absolutely tremendous, and excellent breakfast brought up to your room every morning, thank you for making our trip special

Very hard to sleep at night. The walls are very thin, can hear people talking from other rooms which is quite disturbing. Can also hear every little noise from the street below (even though we were on the 3rd floor). Around midnight, there’s a series of bells that goes off from a nearby building which is also very disturbing. The reception downstairs is also not manned 24 hours, so there’s nobody to help/complain to if any issues arise. Stayed for 3 nights, didn’t sleep well on any of the nights. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place and we will not be staying here again
