Fantastic location, the front door is steps away from the grand canal so a water taxi takes you straight to the door. Easy to walk to any other area in Venice if you have no mobility issues, and the spots around this hotel were great to visit and not as touristy as staying in St Marks, while still being bustling with locals. Breakfast was good, a nice selection. Cocktails were superb, even better than the ones we had at a top rated cocktail bar in Venice. Room was nice. Staff were friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as we passed through Venice. Our room was actually one of the apartments next to the main hotel, up a few floors...and I thought it was really nice. Had a great view of the water, plenty of space...right smack in the middle of gorgeous Venice. We could walk a few steps to the local fish/ vegetable market...tons of local spots right out of the front door. I was also very impressed with the staff- super professional, helpful in every way possible....you can tell they work hard to treat guests properly. Very nice stay, in a perfect location, I would absolutely stay here again. There's something about Venice, what a gorgeous spot to spend a few days on vacation!

Loved being here for 3 nights in my room overlooking the Grand Canal. Lovely breakfast buffet, lovely staff, very clean and helpful front desk. It’s a bit out of the way from all the main activities in Venice for tourists. This is great because it’s very quiet, day and night. But you do have to walk 30 minutes or so, or take a water taxi partway. I didn’t find that a challenge unless I was out later for a concert. It’s still a pleasant walk (except going over the crowded Rialto Bridge). Daily market right next to hotel and many good restaurants in a 5 min walk.

We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel and would love to come back. The hotel was rennovated, the rooms are clean and feel fresh & new. View on Grand Canal is fascinating. Breakfast is good, they serve prosecco! and pancakes among other things. A great touch of this hotel is cocktail bar in the lobby with interesting selection of specialty venezian cocktails, bartender was really cool. We enjoyed our special edition of spritz in front of the fireplace. On the back of quite low level of service in Venice, this hotel stands out with its polite and responsive personnel. Pics are lobby and view from our room on the 4th floor.
