Excellent place to stay on a bus route into the centre of Rouen so no need to use the car which was parked for 3 days (in a secure car-park). The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Instead of going to Paris by car, I took the train which meant less stress and less expense. I would come back to this hotel any time.

Me and my husband for our Honeymoon choose this hotel to start our trip in Normandy. It's a good hotel, with a special welcome (they offered us 2 glasses of champagne). The room was so comfortable and right about the space. The breakfast was really good (I think there's more sweet than salt). This is a hotel far away from the center, but if you want to go there, you take a bus and you can arrive wherever you want. One point: if you have a big car, like us, it's better leave it outside the garage. Thank you so much for the kindness.

Basic room but adequate for one night only. The worse continental breakfast ever. No orange juice. Only fruit tea or earl grey. No croissants. Dreadful bread for toast and only almond milk. We paid €8 each. We also had to pay for parking . Not a good experience

Very simple rooms, simple breakfast (no hot dishes/ eggs/fruit from a can), 1 of our rooms had a used sock in and the sheets where not clean. They helped us by giving us another room, however no compensation for the hassle. Even for a cup of tea, which you cannot make in your room we were charged 2.50 euro per cup. We will not return. Good: parking and 4 Electric spots available for 8 euro per 24h

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
