We had a great time staying here. At an affordable price, we can get a 'large room' for the Superior Room type, this is the largest room we have ever had at a similar price to a standard Japanese room. All facilities are complete (except mineral water for drinking), the rooms and toilets are also clean, even in our room there was a medium-sized sofa, which is very rarely found in the same type of room in other hotels. The location is also strategic, 3 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi Station. Highly recommended!

Value for money hotel. Recommend to stay for 1/2 nights but not longer than that. Reception is helpful and can speak English well. laundry and vending machine is available with 7-11 just opposite the hotel. However, house cleaning need to improve a lot as we found that the carpet and toilet was not so clean. Overall very small room, with only double bed. Consider the price, it is still decent👍🏻

I'm claustrophobic and when I saw the window I almost wanted to leave. It was covered with white stickers so you can't see the outside. The wifi never worked since day 1 (we stayed for 3 nights) but we were too busy to make a complaint and there were no staff after 10pm. the bathroom is moldy but i was the most unhappy about the window because they never told you about it.

The staff was extremely nice. However the room and the hallways into the room was absolutely disgusting. I know it was a cheap room but the level of uncleanness was BAD. First off the hotel has signs literally everywhere you turn saying no smoking but our room smelled like someone had been chainsmoking for years, as well as the smell of mold. Dust was EVERYWHERE, stains, grime, and what looked like lots of mold. Towels were stained. And one day when we were in the hallway to our room we saw the clean towels on the gross stained floors. I work at a hotel and for the room to be as bad as it is comes from years of very poor cleaning (like only making the beds and cleaning nothing else). If we hadn't already pre-paid we would have left. It was so so so gross but the worst part was the SMELL. I feel bad leaving such a bad review because the staff at checkin/checkout was very nice but I was just so uncomfortable and felt so ill staying in the room.

Hotel Mystays Shinsaibashi was a good hotel. The location was very convinient and the staff here were very friendly. There were many needs near the hotel like convinience stores, washing machines, resteraunts, and a train station near. The hotel rooms itself weren't as good as the 'outside' of the hotel. For me, the room I got had broken glass near the window. One of my family friends reported that one of the walls were very dirty. In conclusion, the only thing nad about Mystays Shinsaibashi is that the rooms may not live up to expectation. Otherwise, you should come here.
