Friendly staff that speaks English, with a very good location. The room was small but provided everything I could want with a bathroom and kitchenette. This is an excellent albeit somewhat spartan home base to explore Tokyo from for an excellent price. Recommended !

The rooms are small, but clean, with comfortable bed and equipped with everything you need. You can also use a laundry downstairs. The reception is not open 24h, but there's a phone at the reception desk so all you have to do is to call and the receptionist will come. The receptionists were all very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is in great location, quiet neighbourhood, 15min walk from Senso-ji temple. There's a metro station nearby, from where you can access the most important attractions easily. There are few small supermarkets and japanese restaurants in the area too. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back here on our next trip to Tokyo.

Dirty very small and cramped. Staff were great and friendly. Kitchen was a dirty hot plate microwave sink and refrigerator. Have to request pots pans dishes and then return before you leave.

This hotel was placed in the uncrowded area but you can walk to the famous place like Asakusa and Tokyo SkyTree. The room was tiny same as another japanese hotel room style. There was no cleaning service everyday like normally hotel, so I spent 5 nights with nothing clean in my room. In my opinion, at least the hotel should provide the vacumn for cleaning by myself or something.

First time staying at this chain hotel. Located close to subway Inaricho-Ueno station, 3 mins walk or Ueno station 13mins walk to the hotel. Like the location and close to many local cheap restaurants in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. A small double room for two would be tight but doable. But for a single it would be perfect. Large suitcases can be accommodated but must be under the desk/bed or close it up right and stand it in the corner than you’ll have lots of room to move. It’s like a mini apartment. Includes a microwave, kitchen sink, fridge, kettle and tv. It comes with hair dryer and charger for your electronics which you can use. No cleaning included, you can switch out your towels at the front desk btw office hours. Front entry has toiletries and coffee/tea for your room. Inside your room there are shampoo, conditioner and body wash, toothbrush and paste. Laundry at the basement floor with detergent. Lift to rooms. Clean and comfortable for my stay. Walking distance to the Oede line, about 12mins away or you can transfer on the Ginza line at Inaricho Stn. Very convenient to restaurants, Ueno Park and Ameyoke , Asukusa and Tokyo Sky Tree are all within walking distance (20+mins). Love this location, quieter yet close to the city. Would stay again in this area.
