Had a lovely 2 night stay here. Beautiful hotel, very traditional and cleanliness and decor was excellent! Clearly there is no expense spared on maintaining this beautiful building. Our room was lovely and clean, not the biggest room, but enough for us. Black out curtains meant we had a lovely sleep. Breakfast was very good also, great service from a lovely young lady working the breakfast room (25-26 Jan) was so attentive and professional. We enjoyed drinks served by Nico in the bar each evening, would have been lovely if the live piano was being played too, but understand it wasn’t very busy in there this time of year to justify. Location is by far the best. Parking available, lots of spaces and just turn up and park €25 a day for right in the centre. We loved waking up, having breakfast and then strolling the 2 minute walk to the centre with the beautiful buildings, shops and cafes. Highly recommend for a relaxing get away.

We spent 2 nights in beautiful Bruges and all in all had a lovely stay. The hotel has a fantastic Location right next to the belltower with many restaurants and cafes on the street but it was still super quiet at night. First of all the pros: the staff was very friendly at all times. The hotel itself is beautiful, very grand but with a moderne touch. It was very clean and very quiet at night. I also liked the modern bathroom and the shower. I also enjoyed the pool and small Fitness space. Now to the cons: our room was pretty small and lacked a coffeemaker which was diasappointing. The sink in our room only provided lukewarm water that was not changing its temperature. The biggest disappointement was the bed which was very uncomfortable and super springy. Everytime my fiancé turned around, I nearly flew out of the bed. All in all we still had a nice stay and I would come back if the bed was improved

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the shower. Not just my room either, other people said the shower was too slow and not hot enough. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast was great. Good location and gorgeous looking pool. Just a shame I forgot my swimsuit! Would go again for a quick stay or weekend.

Stayed here for one night in August 2023. Hotels (at least hotels with modern-looking rooms) are hard to come by in Bruges, understandably so. It is a medieval town after all. I’m happy to have found Hotel Navarra. Here are some pros/cons: Pros: -Conveniently located. It’s located on a quiet street but it’s only a 5 minute walk to the square -Front desk was super nice. They didn’t seem to mind that we needed to store our luggage twice -Rooms are spacious -Mini fridge Cons: -Elevators are old so they take forever. It’s faster to take the stairs -There was an old towel hanging on our door. Not a big deal but kind of makes me wonder if there’s something else they didn’t clean -Although there is a shower, it gets pretty much the entire bathroom floor wet -Rooms are a bit basic looking for the price but again, it beats old musty hotel rooms Overall, I’d recommend if you’re like me and prefer more ‘modern’ rooms
