I recently stayed at Hotel Nationale in Venice, Italy. The location was convenient, situated in a central area with easy access to popular attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, some aspects of the room could use improvement, such as the outdated decor and occasional noise. Overall, it was a decent experience for the price.

Location is very close to main station Santa Lucia. The room and bathroom was clean. We got the red room with 3 people capacity. Everything is red haha. Please be note that the reception is in the first floor and there is no lift from the main door. However, the staff help us to take our big suitcase and you can keep your luggage until your check in time. The receptionist and all the staff were very nice to us.

Location: close to the train station and bus station, pretty far from the centre (minimum 20 mins walk) Rooms: the green room is good for a 3* hotel, cleaning lady would come every day, not vacuuming in 4 nights of stay, you can set the heating temperature, no fridge in the room and shower cabin too small (if you have 80 kilos there is no space for you). The carpet is smelly, they would better cut it off and put tiles. Food: acceptable for a 3*. Many types of coffee, 3 types of croissants, jam, butter, cream cheese, some fruits, milk etc. Overall diverse food, medium quality All of the staff is helpful, even if they don't smile, they try and help if you need something
