This is my 1st review ever. Just wanted to say the staff the service here is phenomenal. I wanted to stay two additional days, but the hotel was completely booked so I booked another hotel 10 minutes out and it’s pouring outside and I have my daughter of 6months with me. They graciously offered to walk me in the rain to deliver my bags to our next hotel. The rooms are great. Location is in the heart of the city. I will stay here again and will definitely refer my friends here.

This Hotel is perfectly located in the old par of Istanbul, 500m from Blue Mosque, Agia Sophia... Very close to the tramway station, 800m from big Bazar... Rooms are wide, very clean and properly maintained. Personnel is really efficient and have a respectful but warm contact. We have really appreciated being our stay there for one week. The ratio supply to cost is very good ! We recommend !

Enjoyed our time at Hotel Nena. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was phenomenal. Our room was clean and well equipped, but small. Quick walk to many Istanbul top attractions and shopping.

I had an amazing 4 day stay at hotel nena. The location is perfect, the breakfast buffet is incredible and the staff were so friendly and welcoming! A special thank you to Aykut and Gokhan who made my trip even more memorable. If you’re looking to visit Istanbul I would 100 percent recommend booking this hotel. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality. I will be back!

Lovely hotel. Very clean, modern and stylish. Staff were helpful and spoke English well. Our room was well equipped and although the window faced into the ventilation shaft it was a pleasant ventilation shaft. They had taken the effort to decorate it. Great location, close to the main sights but perhaps an expensive area as it’s very touristy. Breakfast selection was great and starts earlier and finishes later than many hotels. I think my first only criticism would be that it felt very generic. Lacked a bit of character. Would definitely stay here again.
