My experience at this hotel fell short of expectations. Despite booking a two-night stay with breakfast included, the promised breakfast delivery was delayed on the first day, leading to an inconvenience before my day trip. Despite requesting the breakfast be kept for my return, the staff overlooked my request. On the second day, the receptionist, Yousef, claimed no breakfast on checkout day is standard across all hotels, contradicting my paid reservation for breakfast on both nights. Language barriers made communication challenging. While the hotel is conveniently located near Istiklal Street, the car-blocked alley necessitates carrying luggage up a street ramp for around 100 meters. No bellman was available to assist, and upon checkout with five pieces of luggage and two kids, the reception staff provided no support. In short, I would never recommend it, unless you plan to ruin your holiday

The staff and owner were nice The rooms were adequate, and they could use a bit of polish, but ultimately, they were good enough for a night or two stay. But the location of the hotel itself was kind of a bummer, the taxi cannot go in front of the hotel as it is next to a police station and they closed both entrances to the hotel as it is a backside entrance. As much as it pains me to lower the stars a bit due to the location because the staff were nice, but people should know before they book to see if they don't mind or want to look elsewhere.

The staff are literally so amazing, they really go above and beyond to help you, I would sit here and describe them but each and every single one of them were so kind to us and helped us in ways that is much more than required. Although taxis can’t get directly to your door it’s probably safer that it’s not a street anyway, it’s not crowded when you are leaving and there’s a police station next door. Also the walk would be through taksim which is nice. Anyways, the rooms were really clean and I would stay here again !!

This gem was hidden behind the street and you would not be able to park your car outside their entrance. U would have to park it at the nearby otopark at TRY 150 per day and push your luggage up/down slope. But fret not, the receptionist is so ever helpful. He not only helped us with our luggage. He even carried my shopping bag up to my room for me even though I could manage it on my own. 😆 He said he couldn't watch a lady carry so much stuff without offering help. Awwww... so gentleman. Room is huge and clean. Bed is very comfortable. No free breakfast but you can easily grab one along the shopping streets. I would definitely recommend family to stay here.
