This IS going to be bad. Worst review I wrote in a while. Let’s start with the room. Small bathroom, No AC!!!! ITS HOTTER THEN HELL, especially at night. The beds are put together, making a double bed, and u can’t separate them. No one even checked our room, no one cleaned there. THE SERVICE!!! horrible!!!!! The lady in the lobby counter was soooo rude and unpleasant. I don’t know what she’s going on at home, but please leave it there, don’t bring ur shi to work. Although her service was bad, the service at breakfast is amazing!! Everyone is so nice and pleasant. So unless ur skiing in st moritz, don’t bother visiting.

Friendly staff at pleasant hotel conveniently located near the Signal gondola. We were traveling on a budget and booked the smallest room, which was fine for 3 days, especially since it included the Mountain Railways card. IF YOU CAN, book your trip so you can take advantage of the benefits of the trains, gondolas and funicular included on the card--it almost pays for itself. But even without the card, the Nolda is extremely clean and a very good value, with an impressive breakfast buffet and comfy beds.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel management. Had to cancel my booking one week prior to my stay due to death of my father. Provided the death certificate and the hotel still refused to refund or even provide a credit voucher. No sympathy or understanding at all towards their guests. Definitely not recommended.

The front desk woman (Ana) is so impolite… she definitely doesn’t know how to take care of customers - every time someone cross the reception she didn’t even try to be welcome (to be honest, it was quite annoying be close to her). Despite that, the front desk guy was really kind.. 5 stars for his job and kindness (unfortunately we don’t know his name). About the rooms: DON’T stay at the 119, it’s over the kitchen and is SO loud all night long, was very annoying… We had to change because was impossible considering sleeping there for SIX nights (how come the hotel arrange to someone sleep there for 6 NIGHTS?! People definitely doesn’t know how to their job because for sure people already complained about this room and that is no point leave someone that will spend more than a day or two in that room). Unfortunately the bed also was terrible (is really old and has a poor springmattress, very “jumpy” all night long). The dinner was good, but not worthy for staying there. Very disappointed with this place. Don’t spend more than a day or two there.

My sister & i were staying at the Nolda during the Sunice Festival & we were very happy with our time there! The staff were extremely friendly & helpful! We even got upgraded to a better room. :) The location is perfect, with a bus stop right next to the hotel. We felt very comfortable. In our opinion there‘s a perfect price-performance ratio & we would definitely come back!
