We had a great evening the bar, which allows cigar smoking, has the best gin tonic in town, a fabulous band, illustrious visitors, a good atmosphere and in general is very welcoming. We had good discussions thanks to the hospitality of Crystal

The rooms are very traditional in style which is ok but they are also very small. Our room didn't have a balcony or view. The heating was set a bit too high so it was very hot in the room. There's a mini bar free of charge but no tea or coffee facilities unfortunately. The breakfast was tasty but a bit limited compared to other swiss hotels I've been to. The spa is basic with a gym and sauna but no pool or jacuzzi, so we didn't use it. Overall, the hotel, despite a great location, lacks some facilities.

Centrally located hotel with a bus stop around the corner; 10 minute walk to the lake; and just a few minutes to the St. Moritz funicular which takes you up for the hiking trails. The hotel room was clean and spacious, very nicely designed and had both shower and bath. Room is very well isolated so you don’t hear any noises. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The food in the hotel was delicious. Every meal was a culinary highlight (we had twice 3 course dinner). From the location to the room, staff, facilities and the food everything was first class. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next stay.

Continuing our Swiss Adventure brought us to St Moritz. We took the world-famous Glacier Express across three high-mountain passes, over 291 bridges, and through 91 tunnels. Upon arriving we stayed at the Crystal Hotel. We had been in St Moritz & stayed at this exact hotel 40+ years ago, so this was fun to relive the experience. The rooms are as they were back then smaller and more rustic. We toured around the lake visiting the Giovanni Segantini Museum. And we hopped on the train to the Village of Sils. We had perfect weather our whole trip and the views of the countryside and the lakes was breathtaking.
