The Hotel is more like a piece of art. The rooms are not luxurious but fine. I would strongly advise against booking breakfast in advance, because they have different options for different prices. Also if you are vegan you might want to eat breakfast somewhere else. Overall I would say it is nice for one night to look at the art but not for a longer stay.

Very nice place, our room was quite small however super comfy. Everyone was really nice. From the hotel you can discover Rotterdam on foot, find plenty of restaurants..or run to the train station when you’re late knowing it’s only a few hundred meters 😉

Unusual, quirky little nice hotel. Our room was small but fine. With no windows giving a view outside, it was not inviting to spend time in, but we slept well. On the contrary, the many shared chill-out corners are inviting to sit and meet other guests. Nice and helpful staff. We rented a bike, and could drop off our stuff before check-in, very easy. Location is hidden away, but once you find it, it's easy to reach. We didn't use the restaurant.

Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The room was extremely cramped with no window, and the shower didn't even lock. Despite pre-paying 20€ for a late check-in, we were disturbed four times in the morning by staff who questioned our payment. It took until the fourth interruption for them to apologize, shifting the blame to their colleagues. Unfortunately, their excuses didn't compensate for the inconvenience caused. This hotel experience was truly regrettable.
