My recent stay at this hotel was marred by an ongoing disruption that made sleep nearly impossible. The door leading to the hallway seemed to be a magnet for noisy slams. It was as if every guest passing through had a personal vendetta against that poor door, slamming it with the force of a hurricane. Throughout the night, each slam echoed through the corridors, rattling the walls and my already fragile attempts at sleep. It felt like a percussion orchestra, except the instruments were poorly handled doors being slammed shut at all hours. The lack of regard for fellow guests trying to rest was astounding, and it made for an exhausting and frustrating experience. In hindsight, it's astounding how something as simple as closing a door gently seemed to elude many guests. The hotel’s thin walls amplified the sound, turning what should have been a peaceful night's rest into an endurance test of slamming doors. If you're someone who values a peaceful environment for sleep, brace yourself for a symphony of door slams throughout your stay. It's disappointing that such a small courtesy as closing doors quietly seemed to be overlooked by so many, making this otherwise decent hotel an absolute nightmare for a good night’s sleep.

Rooms are small and not the cleanest I've ever seen. Very hostel vibe since you walk in. No air conditioning. Even though the cleaning service is on a daily basis, the bins stayed full and the floor was dirty. Stains on the covers, cartoons and towels were let's call it "disturbing". The shower drain wasn't working, when we moved the cover we realised it was full of hair from the previous customers. It was hard to sleep as right underneath the windows are bars opened till late night, it was really noisy, I guess the price to pay for living in the city centre. But I have to say, the ladies working at the reception were both very welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. Before we were checking out the gentleman at the reception desk looked like he would rather eat his socks than to talk to any customers.

I never go again there. Rooms was so dirty, all bathroom is mouldy. Sheets never chanced 3 days long. Room has not any comfort units, refrigerator or any cabinet etc… worst off all is room was so cold. Why? Because hot air unit was not working. Room was like a Siberia!! And a have my son with me 3 years old. It was a bad experience for me . As I say I never go there again!

I booked a stay from October 16th to the 18th, but unfortunately, I couldn't even spend a single night. Upon my arrival, I was met with a shockingly dirty room. The bed sheets, pillowcases, and the toilet were in deplorable condition. The room was not only unclean but also very dusty, with various types of hair from previous occupants – grey hair, blonde hair, and more, causing me to have an allergic reaction that became unbearable by 10 pm. To make matters worse, when I approached the man at the reception, he did not offer to change my room, nor did he inquire about the reason for my early departure, even though my reservation was for a two-day stay. This lack of attention and assistance was very disappointing. The following day, I returned to the reception to inquire about the possibility of a refund, as I had not spent a night in the establishment due to the room's deplorable condition and the unsatisfactory treatment from the receptionist. Unfortunately, I haven't been helped further about the refund till now! Considering the room's state and the unresponsive attitude I encountered, I cannot recommend this place as a suitable accommodation option. It's a NO GO
