Just some concerns on my stay: 1. Unfriendly staff from the restaurant staff and the Spa staff. The restaurant staff were always in a mood, not helpful at all. 2. No porter, reception told my partner to ask a cleaning lady to help with my luggage. I found it inappropriate for a cleaning lady to cart luggage especially for the reception to tell us to go and find someone. We did it ourselves. 3. Breakfast does not cater for everyone. I don’t eat beef and pork as I am Hindu. I was shocked to find that there wasn't anything I could eat except for a small piece of fish and scrambled eggs of which I wasted and a slice of toast. I told the chef to cater chicken for the next day, all they did was bring an overcooked piece of chicken fillet was. The only decent thing was a cup of tea. 4. The beds weren’t made properly, because I used the blanket they didn’t even pack it away, they just threw it over the duvet. The duvet wasn’t even placed properly on the bed. Also the fact that it’s a couples room, you can’t put twin beds in a room, it’s uncomfortable. 5. The room had cockroaches on the kitchenette, the bathroom and bedside tables. There are no windows in the room and we kept the balcony door closed so the fact that there were so many cockroaches shows the lack of maintenance. Even the hallway had dead cockroaches on the window like stuck on the window. The ice tray was dirty and just placed into the fridge, the bed side lamp shades were filled with easel wings. No cleanliness at all. Even the toilet was stained. Overall the worst experience. Won't be coming back. Very uncomfortable feeling!

We camped for 6 months and what an experience! It is an awesome place to relax and enjoy nature. So conveniently close situated at Phambeni Gate to Kruger National Park and next to the Lowveld Mall. The whole premises are very neatly looked after. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I did not enjoy my stay. The bedding was not clean, the toilet had stains. The bed was uncomfortable and they joined 2 single beds to make a bed. It also had single bedding for each side, it was so difficult to sleep in considering we had a baby. Place is not well kept. The bathroom had not toilet brush and no tub. I was thoroughly disappointed. I will definitely NOT be going there again. It definitely has a haunted feel. Utterly disappointed really.
