I stayed here as an older, solo traveler. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the front desk was outstanding - thank you Tracy and Qolisiwe! I was looking for a hotel with a restaurant open for dinner - was delicious and very reasonably priced. Very nice rooms. I loved the center courtyard. And where my room was I found it quiet. Great value for a reasonable price. And I had a massage and facial - really enjoyed and also great price.

The space is over priced, it's right on the main road coming into Hayzview and so it's very noisy. We hardly slept because of the noise. The Green House we booked in didn't have an extra blanket. There water was also no hot water. There was no iv pack , so we didn't know who to call for assistance, and their reception had closed. There is no safe facility in their rooms either

Overall quite a disappointing experience: Rooms (at least our room) has clearly seen its best times (e.g., with a very shaky door lock, quite an old matrace, …); they service staff was friendly and tried to help but still not particularly helpful (e.g., when asking for nearby hikes, the only help was a brochure on the offering of a nearby activity provider), breakfast also quite average… We certainly wouldn‘t book it again.
